Selection process involves GATE-2018 scorein EC paper followed  by  interview  of the shortlisted candidates. The interview will be on 100  marks(maximum). Other  benefits  like  HRA/lease,  medical  benefits,  EPF,  gratuity,  leave encashment, performance related pay etc. will be given as per rules/instructions of RailTel.
