Race 3 box office collection: Salman Khan starrer Race 3 after ruling the box office for over a week sees a drastic fall in its collection in the second week, as Ranbir Kapoor movie hit the theatres. Even after becoming the highest opening grosser and second highest first week grosser of the year, the film couldn’t manage to keep up the pace in the second week.

As opposed to the massive collection of  Rs.140.74 crore in the first week, the film barely managed to earn Rs. 24.05 crore in its second week. Though the predictions were made that the film will not collect more than 20 crore in the second week. Apparently, the collection of the film might be suffered because of its negative reviews from both the audience and critics. Even the charm of superstar Salman Khan couldn’t manage to hook the audience.

With the release of  Sanju on Friday and successfully stealing the great  numbers of audiences,  Race 3 may now witness fewer audience in theaters soon.  As of now, the film stands at Rs. 164.79 crore and only a miracle can make it cross Rs. 180 crore.

According to film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Sanju has surpassed the numbers of screen of Race 3.

If sources are to be believed, Sanju is also anticipated to beat Salman Khan’s Race 3 to become the highest opener of the year.

Race 3 is now said to make a comeback with its fourth installment. The film is also said to have  Salman Khan in a lead role yet again, according to a Boolywood Hungama.
