Within 24 hours, two union ministers of the Narendra Modi cabinet had been found COVID-19 positive. Yesterday evening it was Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and now it's Prahlad Singh Patel who has been tested positive for Corona positive. Like Nitin Gadkari, Prahlad Singh Patel informed about the Coronavirus infection from his official twitter handle.

The Union Minister of State (MoS) and BJP MP announced about his Coronavirus infection from his twitter handle, "I have been tested COVID-19 positive. Those who met me on Tuesday are advised to take proper and adequate precaution."

Yesterday evening, Nitin Gadkari too tested COVID-19 positive. But, the list of the Narendra Modi cabinet getting Corona infected is long. Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Shripad Naik, Dharmendra Pradhan, Kailash Choudhary, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Gajendra Shekhawat and Suresh Angadi have also tested COVID-19 positive.

In the mandatory covid tests for parliamentarians conducted before the monsoon session started on Monday, 17 members of the Lok Sabha and eight from the Rajya Sabha had tested positive. Gadkari had tested negative at the time. His positive result came from a test conducted in Nagpur, sources said. Gadkari had attended parliament on Monday.
