Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the eleventh meeting of the Inter-State Council on Saturday. This meeting is expected to be attended by Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of all states.

PM Modi during the eleventh meeting of Inter-State Council being held tomorrow, will discuss the following issues:

1. Consideration of the recommendations of the Punchhi Commission on Centre-State relations.

2. Use of Aadhaar as an identifier and use of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for providing subsidies, benefits and Public services.

3. Improving quality of school education with focus on improving learning outcomes, incentivising better performance.

4. Internal security.

The tenth meeting of the Inter State Council was held on December 9, 2006 in New Delhi.
