Digital India, a flagship initiative was launched with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The initiative is completing its 6 years of journey on July 1, 2021. It was launched on July 1, 2015, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

PM to address Doctors on National Doctors Day at 3 pm

PM Modi will also address doctors on National Doctors Day at 3 pm today (July 1).

 

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, "India is proud of the efforts of all doctors in fighting Covid-19. 1st July is marked as National Doctors Day. At 3 PM tomorrow (July 1), will address the doctors community at a programme organised by @IMAIndiaOrg."
