Petrol, Diesel Prices Today, October 11: The petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged on Tuesday, October 11. The prices have been steady for nearly four months now in the country. The last time when petrol and diesel prices were revised was in May as the Centre had cut the excise duty on petrol by Rs 8 per litre and Rs 6 per litre on diesel.

Petrol, Diesel Latest Prices In Delhi, Mumbai And Major Cities

The retail prices of petrol and diesel in Delhi are Rs 96.72 and Rs 89.62 per litre, respectively.

People living in Mumbai are shelling out Rs 106.31 for a litre of petrol and Rs 94.27 for diesel.

In Kolkata, petrol is retailing at Rs 106.03 per litre and diesel at Rs 92.76 per litre.

Petrol costs Rs 102.63 per litre in Chennai whereas diesel Rs 92.76 per litre.

Public sector Oil marketing companies (OMCs) including Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) revise the fuel prices daily in line with international benchmark prices and foreign exchange rates.

Any changes in petrol and diesel prices are implemented from 6 am every day.
