Akshay Kumar in a conversation with Zee News today said everyone should respect work and there is no indignity in doing any work.
 
He revealed many things about his early life. Akshay, who before coming to the film industry worked as a chef and also worked with a travel agency, said no work is small if someone does it honestly.

He also said his father was a wrestler and later he joined armed forces.
 
Akshay said he would skip a meal on Saturdays to keep the money to watch a film, as his father's earning was very small.
