NCERT Recruitment 2018: The National Council of Education Research & Training (NCERT) has issued a notification to fill up two posts of Junior Project Fellow. Applications for the aforementioned positions are invited from the eligible candidates. The walk-in interview for the posts will be held on June 12, 2018.  The walk-in interview will take place at the Department of Education in Languages, Room No. 17, 2nd Floor, Janaki Ammal Khand, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110 016. Candidates should appear for the interview along with their documents.

Educational Qualification
 
For the posts of Junior Project Fellow, candidates have to hold Master’s Degree in English/ Social Science /Sociology/Education with at least 55% marks. Candidate should be good in analysing data on the computer and should present them efficiently.
 
Age Limit
 
Candidates should be below 40 years of age. Age relaxation for the reserved category candidates will be as per the government rules. These positions are purely on temporary basis.
 
A stipend of Rs 16,000 to the NET qualified candidates and Rs 14,000 to the no-NET candidates will be provided. 
 
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation set up by the Central government in 1961 to assist and advise the central and state governments on policies and programmes for qualitative improvement in school education. The major objectives of NCERT are to promote and coordinate research in areas related to school education; prepare and publish model textbooks, supplementary material, newsletters, journals and develops educational kits, multimedia digital materials, etc.
