Independence Day speech ideas: The Modi government has announced 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' initiative to celebrate and commemorate India's 75 years of Independence. On August 15 this year, India will complete its 75th year of Independence from British rule.

On August 15 every year, India's Prime Minister addresses the people of the country from the ramparts of the Red Fort in Delhi. This would be the ninth time in a row when Narendra Modi will unfurl the Tricolour at Red Fort and address the nation.

As the government prepares for the Independence Day event, it has called for ideas and suggestions from citizens for PM Modi's Independence Day speech on August 15.

"Wish to make your ideas and suggestions a part of PM Narendra Modi's Independence Day Speech? Here’s your chance!" MyGovIndia said in a Twitter post.

The Last date of submission is July 31.

How to send ideas for PM Modi's Independence Day speech

Step 1: Visit the MyGov website

Step 2: Click on 'Login to participate'.

Step 3: Log in to your MYGov account. OTP will be sent on the registered email id or phone number.You may also login with Parichay/MeriPehchaan/Social Profile as the homepage appears.

Step 4: On the Homepage , appear 'Login to participate' option.Click on it.

Step 5: Below appears- 'All comments', share your views.

Step 6: You may go to 'My submissions' and check your submission.
