PM Narendra Modi Speech at UNGA: Prime Minister Modi reiterated his governance mantra by talking about 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas Sabka, Vishwas' motto and urged all countries to extend public welfare at global level. Reminding the UN General Assembly about the 150 birth centenary of Mahatma Gandhi, he said that India is ready to participate in financial inclusion, welfare in health sector at global level and help poor nations to take advantage of the ambitious Aayushman Bharat, Jan Dhan Yojsna and Digital Identification Programme that helped contain corruption to a large extent.

Speaking at the 74th UN General Assembly Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "India has saved $20 billion through Digital Identification Programme and opened around 37 crore bank accounts in last five years, which is highest example of financial inclusion in the world. We are providing Rs 5 lakh free healthcare to the poor, which can be implemented in the majority of the poor nations and India is ready to share its experience in this regard."

He said that Indian will be a TB (Tuberculosis) free nation by 2025 and around 2 crore houses have been build and delivered to the poor citizens in India under the Pradhan Mandtri Aawas Yojna (PMAY). He also said that Indian government is the nation that has done least damage to the global environment and is still working in this regard.
