"IndiGo Airbus (VT-IZR) operating 6E6097 from Goa to Mumbai was returned after taxi-out, as the pilot got a momentary engine warning,” ANI said in a Tweet.

The pilot carried out the procedures and returned the aircraft for necessary inspection, while the passengers were accommodated on another flight to Mumbai, the news agency said.

All the passengers were deboarded safely by the rescue teams of the Indian Navy, airport director S V T Dhananjaya Rao told PTI.

The Taxi-out time is defined as the time spent by a flight between its actual off-block time (AOBT) and actual take-off time (ATOT).
