MSCWB Recruitment 2018 begins for Medical Officers at Kolkata Municipal Corporation

MSCWB Recruitment 2018: The Municipal Service Commission West Bengal (MSCWB) is going ahead with a recruitment exercise. The MSCWB today started the process to fill 100 Medical Officers' posts under Kolkata Municipal Corporation, releasing the official notification on its official website - mscwb.org. Interested candidates should read in detail the eligibility criteria and apply online for these positions on or before 28th June 2018. How to apply for MSCWB Recruitment 2018 for Medical Officers?
 
1. Candidates should visit the official website - http://www.mscwb.org
2. They should click on Employment Notice, and click on ‘Download’ tab to see Advertisement No. - 13 of 2018, Recruitment Examination, 2018 for the post of Medical Officer (General).
3. Candidates must go through the official advertisement to ascertain their eligibility
4. Now click on ‘Apply Online’ to another page, where you need to click on ‘Advertisement No 13 of 2018 for the post of Medical Officer(General) under KMC’
5. Again click on ‘Advertisement No 13 of 2018 for the post of Medical Officer(General) under KMC’ and click on ‘Apply Online’ for registration 
6. Candidates can login their profile, and fill the application form after paying application fee
7. Candidates must download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference
 
Eligibility criteria: The candidates must have completed MBBS degree from a recognised university registered with the Medical Council. S/he must possess one year of experience in practice of medicine /working experience in the field of Public Health.
 
Age Limit: The aspirants must not be more than 37 years as on 1st January 2018. Age relaxation rules apply as given in the advertisement above.
 
Application Fee 
Gen & OBC: Application Fee – Rs 150/- plus processing fee of Rs 50/- plus bank charges Rs 20/- for challan
SC/ST: Processing fee Rs 50/- plus bank charges of Rs 20/- for challan
