The battle will further intensify as telecom firms have come up with a minimum recharge rule. Under this, a user will have to recharge their SIM with a minimum Rs 35 to keep receiving the incoming call as well as to continue the service. Failing which, the user's SIM will be deactivated by the company. This will result in more people giving up on their second SIM. Therefore, the telecom firm may see a decline in their user base.
