JBIMS Placement 2018: Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) Mumbai, one of the premier and autonomous MBA colleges in India, has just concluded placements for year 2018 on a positive note. Contrary to the downward trend witnessed in corporate hiring post demonetisation and GST implementation, the average salary offered to JBIMS Mumbai students rose in 2018. The 130 students who participated in the Campus Placement 2018 received an average salary of Rs 18.91 lakhs as compared to Rs 18.76 lakhs last year. However, the highest salary package saw a steep decline this year. The highest salary offered slipped to Rs 30 lakhs in 2018 from 2016’s highest package of Rs 34.30 Lakhs.
