The film faces a mammoth challenge in the form of Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House, both set to release on Independence Day on an extended weekend. The same day will also mark the release of Hollywood film 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' starring Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Meanwhile, other major releases of the recent times continue to do well at the box office with 'Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw' holding its ground in the second week.
