Indian Railways booking tickets online system will not be available for hours today! This Indian Railways decision may cause inconvenience to lakhs of passengers as it will block the passenger reservation system (PRS) for two and half hours on Wednesday night, affecting computerised reservation system as well as other services. The timing chosen is for passengers benefit as the least number of people come to Railways at that time. Notably, the temporary stoppage of PRS on Wednesday night will also hit inquiry service 139 as well as internet booking facility.
