Passengers of Indian Railways are facing great difficulty while the booking tickets on the IRCTC website. These booking for the AC class open at 10 am on the IRCTC website and tickets for the non-AC class open at 11 am.

Through the IRCTC website, anyone can book reserved tickets just a day before any train is scheduled to run. But IRCTC website is reportedly crashing at the time of booking. This has forced many users to complain about the same on Twitter.

According to Indian Railways rules, a user can only book two tickets between 10 am to 12 pm from one user ID. Now, whenever a user tries to book a ticket on IRCTC website immediately after their login, he/she saw a message saying 'Sorry, please try again'.

Shockingly, when the user logs in again in his second attempt, all the tickets are shown as booked. Then the user is forced to try his luck in the waiting list.

Some passengers are blaming the Indian Railways on Twitter, alleging that the agents are comfortably booking tickets after logging in, but common travelers can't. In fact, things are so bad that some users are complaining that money was debited from their bank accounts even as their attempts to book tickets failed.

Sachin Rathore, an IRCTC website user tagged the IRCTC and Indian Railway in a tweet and said, "Your website is only made for agents to log in. We common customers can never log in or book tatkal tickets. Such a pathetic pathetic experience. This is non peak season still cannot book tickets. Sucks."

A user named Yugank tweeted that the IRCTC website is the worst. He had an urgent journey on Saturday, but due to the problems on IRCTC website, he was unable to make and was feeling bad about it. He tagged Railway minister Piyush Goyal in his tweet.

On November 21, a user named Vishal tweeted that every day the IRCTC website is closed at the time of Tatkal bookings and at the same time the agents are booking through their special window.

A user named Chinmay Deshpande has tweeted on November 21, that the IRCTC website was closed from 11 am. Tatkal tickets cannot be booked from here and he was trying to book tickets for 40 minutes.

Another user Vipul Jani tweeted that the IRCTC website is unsafe and slow. The website is logging out the user automatically. Apart from this, an Error Message is coming up every time.

Tarique Anwar has tweeted that the IRCTC website is closing immediately at the time of tatkal booking. Despite that, an advertisement for Amazon's sale can be seen in the corner.

On tatkal ticket booking, some travelers say that if even if your internet speed is very fast, the website still shuts down without a warning mid-transaction and the amount gets debited from their accounts but tickets do not get booked.
