You can also check what is the possibility of your ticket being confirmed, and in case your seat is in waiting list, it will also show alternative trains. In such a situation, you can easily see the availability of seats. Travellers can also find information related to PNR on the website's homepage.

You can create a free account on IRCTC to easily get train ticket online. You can create your account on IRCTC in 2 minutes only because the process is very easy. You can follow the steps given below:
 
1-First, click to go to IRCTC official home page--www.irctc.co.in
2-Now create new account for IRCTC registration
3-Click on the Irctc sign up link on the login option.
4- Now you will be redirected to the IRCTC registration form. 
 
Follow these steps to have Irctc individual registration.
 
1-Open the link and click on signup for new account.
2-Enter the username, whcih should be between 4 to 10 characters.
3- Choose the security question and its answer.
