Indian Railway: Northern Railway cancelled many trains due to fog on Wednesday. A total of 24 trains of Northern Railway are running late on Wednesday. According to information received from Railways, many trains are running late by 45 minutes to about 7 hours. As many as 24 trains are arriving late in the Delhi area. Visitors are advised to visit the official website of Railways to check the current train status before leaving for railway stations.

Indian Railway: Delhi temperature
 

The national capital on Wednesday recorded a minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees Celsius, one notch above the seasonal average, the India Meteorological (IMD) Department said. The IMD's forecast for the day showed that the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 18 degrees, with the minimum at around 8 degrees. According to the weatherman, moderate fog will persist. Visibility recorded at the Palam station stood at 700m at 7 a.m. and 500m at Safdarjung.
