Covid 19 cases in India: India recorded 9,111 fresh cases of coronavirus in 24 hours. With this, the number of active cases increased to 60,313. Besides, the death toll has increased to 5,30,929.
The daily positivity rate has been recorded at 8.40 per cent while the weekly positivity rate has been pegged at 2.89 per cent. The total tally of Covid cases stands at 60,313, according to the health ministry.
The active cases comprise 8.40 per cent of the total infections, while the national Covid recovery rate has been recorded at 98.75 per cent, according to the health ministry website.
