IIT Delhi Recruitment 2018: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi has invited applications from interested candidates for 50 posts of Executive Assistants at its official website: iitd.ac.in. The candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can submit their application for the said position til the last date i.e, December 20, 2018.

According to the notification, Interested candidates should know that the application process has already started on December 5. 

Tenure of the post: Candidates will be selected initially for One year which will be extendable upto maximum of five years based on annual performance to be evaluated by the concerned Head and IoE Office. The position is purely temporary and no claim for regularization will be entertained. 
 
Job Description: The selected candidates should be positioned in the Office of different Deans/Head of the Department / Center and will undertake following activities: 

A. Co-ordinate with both Internal and External stakeholders. 
B. Review and Analyze all aspects of IoE. 
C. Independent correspondence with foreign students and faculty. 
D. Preparation of Data for Prospectus / Newsletters / Broachers / Ranking Cell. 
E. Facilitate International faculty and students in obtaining Indian VISA and providing local hospitality.  
F. Other relevant academic and administrative support to the Department / Institute. 

Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold Masters degree with 55% marks from a recognized university/ B.Tech with minimum 2 years experience in Project management or in academic administration.

Age Limit: Candidates should be less than 45 years

Remuneration: Candidates will get a pay of Rs 70,000 - Rs 80,000 per month with 10% increment every year (if tenure extended). 

Selection process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test on Data Analysis and Communication skills, followed by group discussion and personal interview.
