IGCAR recruitment 2019: The link to apply for various positions in Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Department of Atomic Energy, Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu is now open. The selection is only for Apprenticeship training on stipendiary basis. Interested individuals need to fill in forms available on the official website or follow the link http://www.igcar.gov.in/recruitment/
The form will be available between April 10 to April 24. Any other mode of applying apart from online will be rejected.

Educational Qualifications
The candidate should be be 10th std qualified, under the 10+2 system of education ot its equivalent. Along with this, an ITI certificate of not less than two years.
For the position of PASAA, the candidate needs to be 10th std qualified, under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. Additionally, the National Trade Certificate issued by National Council for vocational training in 'Computer Operator and Progarmming Assistant'
Age Limit
For candidates belonging to the general category, the age limit starts from 16 years up to 22 years. The limit relaxation on age for certain categories are:
i)SC/ST candidates: 5 years
ii) OBC candidates: 3 years
iii) Persons with disability: 10 years (PWD+OBC= 13 years; PWD+SC/ST= 15 years)
Registration
The candidate needs to fill the application form including details like name, Father's name, date of birth, mobile number etc. The candidates are expected to bring their application form and confirmation email at the time of interview.
Amount of Stipend will depend on the notification from Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGET), Ministry of Labour and Employment.
The selection will be based on interviews on the date that will be notified in due course.
