HPBOSE Results 2018 toppers:  HPBOSE class 12 Results 2018 declared and now students can check their scorecards, toppers names and merit list too! The day has come when they can check exactly how they have performed in their examinations and take steps for their future. The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the HP Board Class 12 Results today after 1 pm. The HP Board results are now available on the HPBOSE official website hpbose.org. Candidates who have written the class 12 examination 2018 are advised to also log on to hpresults.nic.in. Himachal Pradesh BOSE Class 12 results will decide exactly what kind of careers students will follow in future.

In total, 68,469 candidates out of 98,281 students, who had appeared in the HP BOSE Class 12 Board examination this year, have passed. The overall pass percentage in the exam has been 69.67 per cent. Sahil Katna and Vikrant Rewal have topped the class 12 exam jointly. They are from the science stream where the  average percentage is 70.18 per cent . Akshma Thakur with 95.8%, from Sr. Secondary School, Sujanpur Tehri, Hamirpur, was the topper in the Arts stream. Sejal Arora with a score of 96.6%, is the HP Board Class 12 Results topper in commerce stream. While the number of students with first division is at 46,531, at least 18,337 students passed with Second Division and 3,563 with third division.

HPBOSE class 12 Results 2018 were also available to students through registration on the official website HPBOSE to to receive their result on their mobile phones or through email. The HPBOSE Result 2018 was initially likely to be announced by 7 pm on Tuesday. However, there was no certainty about that. The Class 12 examinations were conducted between  March 6 and 29, 2018.
 
How to check HPBOSE class 12 Results 2018:
1. Candidates have to visit hpbose.org
2. Click on the "Class 12 results 2018" link
3. Candidates have to enter roll number and other details as required
4. Candidates need to click on "Submit" button
5. Candidates will be able to see their results, download them and  take printout for futher use. However, only the original certificates can be used for official purposes.

The HPBOSE came into existence in 1969 with its headquarter at Shimla, which later shifted to Dharamshala in January 1983. At present, the Board conducts examination for Class 10, Class 12, J.B.T and T.T.C. As many as 5 Lakh candidates annually appear for the Board examination. Presently more than 8,000 schools are affiliated with the Board and the Board has set up 1,846 Examination centres throughout the state. 


Yesterday, the Punjab School Education Board (PSBE) had declared results for Class 12. The results were made available on the official website pseb.ac.in and punjab.indiaresults.com. Class 12 overall pass percentage this year is 65.97 per cent. The pass percentage for regular students is 68.42% while for Open School students it is 40.07 per cent. Last year the overall pass percentage was 62.36. Girls have outnumbered boys like last year. Girl students secured 78.25% pass percentage, while the pass percentage for boys is 60.46%. In total, 198,199 have passed out of the 3,00,417 students who appeared for the Class 12 exam.
