HPBOSE class 10th result 2018: In the class 10 results declared by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Pritanjali Sen and Avinksha have emerged as the toppers, scoring 98.57 per cent marks. Earlier in the day, the HPBOSE class 10th result 2018 was declared, and students were facilitated to check their results on the board's official websites, which are hpbose.org, along other websites- examresults.net and indiaresults.com. Both the girls are from Mandi district of the state. Pritanjali Sen is from Senior Secondary School, Karsog, while Avinksha is a student of Sarswati Vidyamandir, Churag in Mandi. The second position with 98.43% was jointly grabbed by Sonam of The New Era School of Sciences Chhattari Kangra, and Rahul Kumar of Shimla SunShine Public School, Padamnagar of Rampur Bushhar. Both the students got 689 marks. 
 
Overall, 73.83 per cent students have passed the examination. Of the total students, at least 52596 have passed with first division, 13397 passed with second division, while 2710 passed the HPBOSE 10th exam 2018 with third division. Over one lakh students had appeared for the Himachal Pradesh Class 10 exam 2018, held in the Month of Feb-March. Headquartered at Dharamshala, the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education conducts examination for Class 10, Class 12, J.B.T and T.T.C. About 5 Lakh students annually appear for the board examination. Last year, 67.15 per cent students had qualified the HP Board Class 10th Examination. In 2017, girls had performed well in arts and commerce stream, while boys did well in science stream. 
 
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) also ensured that students are able to smoothly check and download their scorecard. The students were also to check their HPBOSE Class 10 result 2018 via SMS.
