Housefull 4 Vs War box office collections: Akshay Kumar is all set to treat his fans with his Diwali release Housefull 4. It is releasing on Friday, October 25. Housefull 4 is the fourth installment of his hit comedy franchise Housefull, which is releasing two days before the festival. Housefull 4, along with Akshay Kumar has Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, Kriti Kharbanda, Chunky Pandey, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles. The film is expected to post a grand opening at the ticket counters and may attract a huge audience around the festive season.

Film Trade Analyst and Critic, Sumit Kadel told Zee Business Online, ''Housefull 4 has created a great buzz in the audience. However, the movie has witnessed weak advance bookings so far. The trailer and the songs of Housefull 4 have created a curiosity among people. If all goes well, the movie can report a good opening at Rs 20 to Rs 22 crore.''

''The collections of Housefull 4 will largely depend on reviews and critics. It may not have packed theatres due to the festive weekend. Though if the content turns out to be good, it could possibly post an effective collection on Monday, adding around Rs 30 to Rs 35 crore as it is a holiday. But there's no chance that the movie can break records of War at the box office,'' Kadel added.

Housefull 4 film will be sharing the screens with movies like Saand Ki Aankh, Made in China.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar has become the only other actor who is close to beating the record that Salman Khan holds. Salman has delivered 14 box office hits till now including Dabangg, Ready, Bodyguard, Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg 2, Jai Ho, Kick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Sultan, Tubelight, Tiger Zinda Hai, Race 3 and Bharat. With Dabangg 3 and Radhe set to release over the next eight months, the actor should take his tally to 16.

While Akshay Kumar’s hits include 16 hits like Holiday, Entertainment, The Shaukeens, Baby, Gabbar Is Back, Brothers, Singh Is Bliing, Airlift, Housefull 3, Rustom, Jolly LLB 2, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Padman, Gold, 2.0, Kesari and Mission Mangal.
