The Day 2 Box Office Collection of Hotel Mumbai is out now. Directed by Anthony Maras, "Hotel Mumbai" released in India on Friday. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh says that  Dev Patel, Anupam Kher, Armie Hammer movie has gathered speed on Day 2. Adarsh says, " High end multiplexes of metros are contributing largely, and day 3 should only get better."

With Rs 1.08 cr on Day 1  and Rs 1.70 cr on Day 2, Hotel Mumbai has collected a total of Rs 2.78 cr so far.

The Zee Studios and Purpose Entertainment's project hit the screens in India on November 29.

Hotel Mumbai is based on the deadly 26/11 terror attack of 2008 in Mumbai.

In the movie, Anupam essays the role of Hemant Oberoi, the celebrated chef who saved many lives on the fateful night in the The Taj Mahal Palace hotel during the attacks.

Actor Dev Patel had said that it was a "traumatic" experience to shoot for the movie based on the 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
