HDFC Bank has released data on Advances, Deposits and CASA ratio in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

HDFC Bank’s advances aggregated to approximately Rs 10820 bn as of Dec 31, 2020, a growth of around 16% as compared to Rs 9360 bn as of Dec 31, 2019 and a growth of around 4% as compared to Rs 10383 bn as of Sept 30, 2020.

HDFC Bank’s deposits aggregated to approximately Rs 12710 bn as of Dec 31, 2020, a growth of around 19% as compared to Rs 10674 bn as of Dec 31, 2019 and a growth of around 3% as compared to Rs 12293 bn as of Sept 30, 2020.

HDFC Bank’s CASA ratio stood at around 43% as of Dec 31, 2020, as compared to 39.5% as of Dec 31, 2019 and 41.6% as of Sept 30, 2020.

During the quarter ended Dec 31, 2020, HDFC Bank purchased loans aggregating Rs 70.76 bn through the direct assignment route under the home loan arrangement with Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited.
