Gurugram traffic news today: The Gurugram Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory for movement of vehicles on 15 August or Independence Day.

In order to ensure smooth traffic flow and no inconvenience to road users, heavy vehicles will be diverted on 15 August till afternoon at the following checkpoint: 

Heavy vehicles coming from Jaipur side on NH-48 will be diverted at Pachgaon on KMP expressway. 

Heavy vehicles from Gurugram Local area will be diverted to alternate routes at various points(Hero-Honda Chowk, Shankar Chowk, Maharoli Border, Sohna, Pataudi, Farukhnagar).

All goods transport operators are requested to plan their trip accordingly so that no inconvenience is caused to commuters, the traffic police said. For more information and any other assistance in this regard, Gurugram Traffic Police may be contacted at 1095 or 0124-2386004.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has notified that the Metro train services will continue to run as per the normal schedule on Independence Day 2022, August 15. 

People who are traveling to Gurugram from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad can take metro services as they will continue to run as per the regular time.
