GST Council constitutes GoM on GST Tribunal; to submit report by July 31

According to the report, Rajasthan's UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal is a member of the GOM. Apart from this, the Union Finance Ministry has made Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala as the convener of the GoM of GSTAT.
Finance and Planning Minister of Andhra Pradesh Bugna Rajendranath, Transport and Industry Minister of Goa Mauvin Godinho, Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister of Uttar Pradesh Suresh Kumar Khanna, Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister of Odisha Niranjan Pujari were nominated as members, Sharma reported.
The GoM will submit the report by July 31, 2022.
