The Union Cabinet has cleared decks for the repealing of three farm laws, Zee Business has learnt from top sources in the government. The channel has been informing its viewers since Tuesday about Cabinet meeting and likelihood of the issue being taken during the cabinet meeting.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced government’s intention to repeal all the three farm laws.  

These laws are - The Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, and The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act
