To provide some relief from the heat, SBI General Insurance has come up with an unique yet highly effective way. The insurance wing of State Bank of India is offering free Bisleri bottles to Mumbaikars to beat the heat in a mobile van travelling to all areas of the city. The company is especially thankful to unsung heroes - traffic police, constables, security guards, etc. who work in the heat every day by offering them free water too.

An SBI General Insurance volunteer told Zee Business TV that the initiative has been introduced to make sure that people don't suffer because of the heat and they have got a great response so far.

"On behalf of SBI, we are going to various parts of Mumbai and distributing water so that the people are able to beat the heat. We are providing free water to make sure that people don't suffer because of the heat. And, so far we have got a great response from people. Wherever we are going, we are getting a great response. People should follow SBI and come up with more such initiatives like this at the individual level," he said.

The step is helping people of all age group and professions. An auto-rickshaw drive told Zee Business TV, "We drive auto-rickshaw throughout the day and often struggle to find drinking water. This service from SBI would really help us. Others should also learn from this and come up with something similar."
