While traveling through a train, getting food of your choice is something that each and every passenger would cherish. However, it has been found that even after paying a hefty amount, railway passengers are unable to find food of their choice. To overcome this complaint, the IRCTC allowed Indian railway travelers to book food of their choice through some of the food apps customised for railway catering services. But, people are shy of booking food through these apps as they expect some old experiences where they were either not served or the delivery was done very late and the quality of the food served was not to their taste or choice.
