The benchmark indices are expected to open flat on Thursday tracking negative trend in Asian markets after the US Federal Reserve raised interest rates on Wednesday and forecast two more hikes for 2018 in its first policy meeting under new Fed Chairman Jerome Powell. At 8:35 am, SGX Nifty, Nifty futures being traded on Singapore Stock Exchange, was trading at 10,196, up 17.50 points or 0.17 per cent.
