Himachal Pradesh earthquake today latest news: An earthquake of magnitude 4.1 has been felt across North-North-West of Mandi Himachal Pradesh in the late hours of Wednesday, November 16.

The tremors were felt at around 9:32 pm. The depth of the earthquake was 5 km below the ground, according to India's National Center for Seismology

Tremors were felt in Mandi, Kangra and surrounding areas.

So far, no loss of life or damage to property has been reported, PTI said citing officials.

The Himalayan region has witnessed a series of quakes over the past fortnight.

The Himalayan region along the Uttarakhand-Nepal border has witnessed at least 10 earthquakes of varying magnitudes between November 8 and 16, data from the National Centre of Seismology showed, said PTI.

Two days ago, an earthquake jolted of the same magnitude was felt in Punjab's Amritsar in the wee hours on November 14 (Monday).
