The Smart City Awas Yojana under the Delhi Master Plan 2021 is approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Affairs (Delhi Divison) and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in Dwarka sub city falling under West Delhi-III has been made open for the home buyers. The project has 300 units out of which 33 per cent have been reserved for the women applicants. Last date for application is March 5th while the allocation would be made through a lucky draw on March 7th.

The scheme has been launched under PPP (Public Private Partnership) model and is one of the affordable housing projects in Delhi. As per the details of the project, an applicant can apply by depositing paltry Rs 10,000 which is refundable if he or she fails to make a cut into the lucky draw. Types of flats that would be made available in this projects comprise 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK depending upon the requirements of the applicant and the prices of the flats are from Rs 14 lakh onwards.

For providing proper basic facilities, the government has announced 41 new sectors near Dwarka in West Delhi-III. Inventories available in this project is freehold and an applicant can get registry if he or she gets selected into the lucky draw on March 7. The project is near to Indira Gandhi International Air Port, Dwarka Sector 21 metro station, Golf course and football stadium which is one of the major attractions for the potential home buyers.
