Delhi Public School, Mathura Road receives a bomb threat via e-mail, reported news agency ANI. According to the news agency; the investigation is underway.

Soon after the mail, the school was cleared. The premises are being searched by the Delhi Police. According to the reports, cops have not found anything.

Along with police, officials of the bomb squad and ambulances are also present at Delhi Public School.

Delhi Police said that a call was received at around 8.10 am today regarding the bomb threat. The school was immediately evacuated.

The Indian School in Delhi's Sadiq Nagar had received bomb threats twice -- in April this year and in November 2022.

The most recent threat was made on April 12 via an email, following which the school was evacuated as the bomb squad and other agencies inspected the premises for any explosive substance.

The mail was later declared a hoax.
