Delhi election Maha Exit Poll: The polling of votes for the Delhi assembly elections took place on Saturday to decide the fate of 672 candidates from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Congress, other smaller parties and independent candidates. The exit poll data is now out, predicting a win for the Aam Aadmi Party but with a reduced number of seats. Acoording to Zee News Maha Exit Poll, the Aam Aadmi Party is likely to get 54 seats while the BJP will win 14 wins. Here is what Maha Exit Poll says –

According to the information provided by the election commission, the total number of electors this year was 1, 47,86,382 out of which 66,80,277 are female and 81,05,236 are male. The number of senior citizens in the voter list is numbered at 2,04,830. The total percent recorded till 5.30 pm was 53.51 percent. Highest voter turnout was recorded in North East Delhi with 62.20%.

The key politicians who voted on Saturday included External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan, Manish Sisodia, Lt Governor Anil Baijal, Manoj Tiwari, Vijay Goel, Parvesh Verma, and Meenakshi Lekhi.

The counting of votes will take place on February 11.
