Delhi Earthquake News Today, Nepal Quake: Earthquake tremors jolted parts of north India, Delhi and the national capital region (NCR) of Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad late on Friday night. National Center for Seismology shared on X (formely Twitter) that earthquake of magnitude 6.4 struck Nepal.

The National Centre for Seismology said that the epicentre of the earthquake was in Nepal, about 227 km north of Ayodhya and 331 km west northwest of Kathmandu.

As per the details shared by National Centre for Seismology, earthquake tremors measuring 6.4 on the Richter Scale occurred on Friday, November 3, at 11:32 PM.

The epicentre was located at Latitude 28.84 and Longitude 82.19, at a depth of 10 Km in Nepal. This is the third time in a month that strong earthquakes have struck Nepal.

 

 

People also rushed out of buildings in Ghaziabad after strong tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR earlier today.

 

 

Patna Earthquake Today

As per news agencies, strong tremors were also felt in Bihar's Patna. People rushed out of their homes as tremors were felt in Patna, reported ANI.

 

Earthquake Tremors Felt in Ayodhya, Lucknow, Varanasi, other cities of UP

Reprots trickling in suggest that severe earthquake jolts were felt across the state of Uttar Pradesh.

As per reports, earthquake tremors were felt in Ayodhya, Lucknow, Varanasi and other cities of UP.

People also took to social media to share videos of moving articles like fans and chandeliers due to the tremors.

 

 

Some also carried their pet cats and dogs with them as they rushed out of their houses during the quake.

"The tremors were felt for quite some time as we were watching television and enjoying the weekend," said Inderjit Singh, a resident of Gurugram.

Gopal, a resident of Ghaziabad, said the tremors were felt for more than 15 seconds. "I could also hear the window panes rattling".
