CTET July 2020: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET July 2020) on 5 July 2020. The examination will be conducted in 112 cities and the CBSE is likely to issue the admit cards soon for the aspirants to appear in the examination.

As per the information available on the website, the results will likely be declared within six weeks from the date of conduct of exams.

How to download admit card?

To download your admit card, visit the link (https://ecounselling.nic.in/ctetapp/root/AuthForAdmitCardDwd.aspx?enc=Ei...)
The page which will open before will ask for your details including your application number, Date of Birth and security pin.
On ‘Signing in’ you will see your admit card. You can download it or take a print out.  

The CTET website also has previous years’ sample question paper which you can use for your reference.  

The CTET examination is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act (Right to Education Act). The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) vide Notification dated 23 August 2010 and 29 JULY 2011 has laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII.

One of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi.
