Co-working is not just a platform of sharing office spaces, it is a channel that facilitates job creation according to some experts of the industry. Co-working space providers believe that growing co-working business can play an impactful role on India's job numbers. Elaine Tsung, CEO and Founder, Garage Society believes that co-working can be an impactful business for job creation as in last 10-20 years, there has been a lot of technological advancement and being a young population, Indians have a better chance of settling themselves into several roles.

Sharing an instance, Tsung said, ''We provide infrastructure that facilitates job creation. So, I think, this is how we help creating jobs, country wide.''
