As many as 85 per cent of mothers want a reduction in school fees from this year's Union Budget, says a survey by Momspresso. Other top concerns of moms are about education, inflation, infrastructure, job creation and availability of medical facilities. Momspresso is one of the largest online platforms for moms. It started the survey after Sitharaman asked social media users for ideas about what the upcoming Budget 2019 should contain on June 6. For the study, Momspresso surveyed 1,317 mothers across India with a variation of - working moms (36.9 per cent) and homemakers (66.1 per cent).

Regional findings - North and west moms seek more daycares for big office areas in the city; South moms wants reduction in school fees, East moms wants hospitals for their children and clean and hygenic toilets
82% moms want more job option for the mothers who plan to go back to work after maternity break
