Bhuvan Aadhaar portal: Now locate your nearest Aadhaar centre in few clicks; know how
Users will get the full address of the centre once they click on the location pin.
Bhuvan Aadhaar portal: Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in collaboration with ISRO's National Remote Sensing Centre has launched a 'Bhuvan Aadhar' portal. The portal will help people to locate aadhaar centres near them for a variety of works.
The portal offers aadhar card holders three premium services -- Geo-spatial display of Aadhaar Centres, Route Navigation to nearest Aadhaar Centres and Proximity Analysis.
The portal shows different location pins for different types of aadhar centres on a map:
They are as below -
Blue Pin - If there is a centre marked by Blue Pin, then it will be available for all enrollment and update services.
Green Pin - Green pin will show only demographic change and mobile update services.
Red Pin - The Red Pin shows an aadhar centre where only child enrollment and mobile update is possible.
Dark Blue Pin - Dark blue Pin shows an aadhar centre where the service will have only child enrollment available.
Users will get the full address of the centre once they click on the location pin. They can also 'navigate from current location' to find the way to the centre.
