Bank of Baroda SO Recruitment 2018: In a recruitment notification for the posts of Specialist Officer, Bank of Baroda (BOB) has notified 913 vacant positions of Specialist Officers in Scale I, Scale II, and Scale III in different categories of Legal, Wealth Management Services - Sales & Wealth Management Services - Operations. The online application process for Bank of Baroda SO Recruitment 2018 will be start from December 5, 2018, and the application fee should also be paid through online mode only.

Application Fee for candidates belonging to General/ OBC category is Rs 600, while SC/ST/PwD candidates need to pay Rs 100. 
 
Educational Qualification/Age:
 
1. Legal Officer MMG/S-III:  Bachelor Degree in Law and minimum 5 years of experience as Law Officer in Legal Dept. Candidates should be in the age group of 28 to 35 Years.
 
2. Legal Officer MMG/S-II: Bachelor Degree in Law and minimum 3 years of experience as Law Officer in Legal Dept. Candidates should be in the age group of 25 to 30 Years.
 
3. Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/S-II: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail. (The Institute should be approved by Govt / Govt Bodies / AICTE) OR Graduation (recognized / approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) with One year Diploma/ Certification in Banking / Finance before joining any private Bank/ Public Bank.  4 years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.
Candidates should be in the age group of 25 to 35 Years.
 
4. Wealth Management Services – Sales JMG/S-I: Graduation in any stream and 2 years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.
Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 30 Years.
 
5. Wealth Management Services – Operations MMG/S-II: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail / Finance and 5 years of experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions. Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 35 Years.
 
6. Wealth Management Services – Operations JMG/S-I: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail/Finance and 3 years work experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions for processing Wealth Products / Mutual Fund / Insurance Applications etc.
Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 30 Years.
 
Selection process: The candidates for Specialist Officer posts will selected on the basis of Bank of Baroda SO Online Test 2018, followed by Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test. The selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.
