Baaghi 2 box office collection day 3: Putting aside the disappointment of earning just Rs 20.40 cr on Saturday, Tiger Shroff starrer picked up pace on Sunday and earned a whopping Rs 27.60 cr. This is the best day it has had so far since its release on Good Friday. This has placed the movie well to make its charge to enter the exclusive Rs 100 cr club in this week itself. Clearly, after Padmaavat, PadMan, Raid, Hichki and Sony Ke Titu Ki Sweety, the year 2018 has started with a bang for Bollywood and this should go a long way in putting the disappointemnts of the previous year behind.

Baaghi 2 box office collection still has a long way to go, but with so little competition in cinemas, with just Raid and Hichki, surely, this Tiger Shroff and Ileana D'Cruz starrer is going to get a superhit status. Speaking of which, Rani Mukerji starrer Hichki just got tagged a 'Hit' courtesy having collected Rs 34.50 cr by week 2 in India alone. Business analyst Taran Adarsh was effusive in praise of Baaghi 2 collection. Here is what he tweeted, "#Baaghi2 is a RECORD-SMASHER... East, West, North, South - the film is having a BLOCKBUSTER RUN everywhere... Opening weekend numbers are simply PHENOMENAL... Fri 25.10 cr, Sat 20.40 cr, Sun 27.60 cr. Total: ₹ 73.10 cr. In his other tweet today, Taran Adarsh revealed the Top 5 films of 2018 so far:
"Opening Weekend biz...

2. #Baaghi2 ₹ 73.10 cr

Baaghi 2 box office collection on Sunday reportedly shot up courtesy great word of mouth reviews. Those who have seen the film have good words to say about it. Initially, the movie reviews had mostly questioned the fact that logic was totally missing in the film. But this does not seem to have bothered the viewers who are still turning out in good numbers and Monday's take too should be noteworthy. With Baaghi 2, Tiger Shroff has found his mark after the problems he faced with his previous 2 movies, A Flying Jatt and Munna Michael.
