Avengers Infinity War box office collection on Day 4 has earned as much as Rs 20.52 cr, surpassing the collection of previous releases like Salman Khan starrer Tubelight that could collect Rs 19.09 cr, while Judwaa 2 had collected Rs 18 cr over the same period. Avengers has collected Rs 135.16 cr so far since release last Friday. The Hollywood starrer, however, failed to beat the day four box office collection of other top movies like Baahubali 2, which had collected Rs 40.25 cr; Tiger Zinda Hai collected Rs 36.54 cr; Krrish 3 collected Rs 35.91 cr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan collected Rs 27.05 cr, Dangal collected Rs 25.69 cr, Dhoom 3 collected Rs 21.71 cr, while PK also had collected Rs 21.22 cr, said a Bollywood Hungama report. As we know Tuesday was a holiday, the business of Avengers Infinity War was likely to be even higher on the Day 5. One cannot forget the fact that the Hollywood film is not facing any competition from other releases has manged to become one of the highest grossing films of 2018.
 
In its opening weekend, Avengers Infinity War box office collection reached Rs 94.30 cr mark, thereby beating the business of Tiger Shroff starrer Baaghi 2. Infinity War thus became the 2nd highest opening weekend grosser film of 2018. Baaghi 2 had collected a massive Rs 73.10 cr, but when compared with ongoing run of the this Hollywood movie, Tiger Shroff starrer film is not able to stand up to it. Not just Baaghi 2, this film had also beaten Ajay Devgn starrer Raid, which had collected Rs 41.01 cr, Akshay Kumar starrer Pad Man, which had earned Rs 40.05 cr, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, which had collected Rs 26.57 cr, and Varun Dhawan starrer October, earning Rs 20.25 cr in the first three days of their release. 
 
However, Avengers Infinity War box office collection is still away from the record of the movie of the year, Padmaavat. Deepika Padukone starrer had earned a whopping Rs 114 cr, and still remains on the top so far.
