Avengers: Endgame Box Office Collection Day 1: The superhero saga from Disney's Marvel Studios has performed a miracle at the Indian box offices by amassing a huge amount from just 2800 screens, says film trade analyst Sumit Kadel. "Avengers: Endgame has done a miracle at the Indian Box office. The film's first-day collection is Rs 53 cr nett as the numbers are still pouring," said Kadel.

Kadel also said that the Avengers: Endgame's wonderful performance at the box offices may be a case study for trade analysts. "How avengers end game collected Rs 50 cr+ merely on 2800 screens would be a case study for all the Trade analysts," he said.

Avengers: Endgame has been released on a total of 2845 screens in four languages - English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Kadel has earlier told Zee Business online that the film may surpass the collections of Avengers: Infinity War in India.

"Avengers: Endgame may become first Hollywood movie in India to earn over Rs 300 crore. If it does so, it will beat the collections of Avengers: Infinity War which had collected Rs 227 crore in India," Kadel said.

He had also predicted that the Marvel's latest offering may close the opening weekend with Rs 115-120 crore collection. 

Avengers: Endgame has not only impressed the movie lovers but the film critics as well. It has received 4-5 stars in reviews. Kadel himself has given the film five stars.

"Avengers: Endgame is BONZER, exceeds all expectations & delivers 1 of the best superhero film. Top notch action, engrossing screenplay, superb dialogues & gets really emotional towards the end. The conclusion is worthy of the greatest cinematic saga of all time. Go n live it Rating- *****," Kadel has tweeted. 

The film has registered an occupancy of 95-100 per cent on day 1 and the day 2 shows are also expected to be on the same line with most of the tickets sold in advance. If the film continues the same trend today and tomorrow, its opening weekend collection may be somewhere around Rs 140-150 crore which will be massive in itself.
