Marvel’s blockbuster superhero tale finale, 'Avengers: Endgame' continued to mark its brick-solid performance on the box office on the second day too. The movie on its second day of release crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark. The film collected Rs. 51 crore on its second day, while managing to fetch Rs. 52 crore on the first day, the highest opening day of all time for a Hollywood film in India.

Film analyst, Sumit Kadel said that the Anthony and Joe Russo directed movie has currently bagged Rs 105 crore in India. In case the trend continues, the movie could earn down the first weekend opening of Rs. 155-160 crore. Meanwhile, the highest record for the opening weekend for a Hollywood film in India is currently held by Avengers: Infinity War, which is 94.30 crore.

"#AvengersEndgame Saturday- ₹ 52 cr nett. Total- ₹ 105 cr nett. HISTORY CREATED," Kadel tweeted.

"#AvengersEndgame Sunday- HYSTERIA continues, B & C centers also joined the celebration of cinema today. If this trend continues till evening then #EndGame will touch ₹ 57-60 cr nett today," he said in in another tweet.

Avengers Endgame was released on more than 2,800 screens across India, Distributed by The Walt Disney Co, the Marvel film has been dubbed in languages like Hindi, Tamil and Telugu besides English. AR Rahman served as a music director for the studio to compose an Endgame anthem in the local languages besides having in South Indian superstars Vijay Sethupathi, Andrea Jeremiah and Rana Dagubatti to dub for other versions of the film
