Ayushman Khurrana starrer 'Article 15' has continued to maintain a steady run at the box office in its week 3. The film has so far minted Rs 53.68 crore in third week of its release. Article 15 collected Rs 5.02 crore on its opening day. Further, it went on to earn over Rs 20 crores in the opening weekend. The movie crossed the Rs 50-crore mark in 13 days.

Article 15 produced by Benaras Media Works generated good reviews, becoming the second-biggest opener after 'Badhaai Ho', for Ayushmann's career.

Movie critic, business analyst and influencer Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Article15 begins Week 3 on a steady note... [Week 3] Fri 1.25 cr. Total: ₹ 53.68 cr. India biz."

Article 15 released on June 28 tries to highlight the caste discrimination through a mix of various incidents. The film is based on Article 15 of the Indian Constitution.

This Article of the  Constitution has a clause to prohibit discrimination on grounds of religion, caste, race, sex or place of birth. Apart from Ayushman, other actors in the film are Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra, M Naser, Ashish Verma, Sushil Pandey, Subrajyoti Bharat, and Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub.
