Educational Qualification
Interested candidates should have good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in (LL.M. & English) from an Indian University and National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
 
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 37 years as on 05.09.2018. 
 
Application Fee: APST Candidates have to pay Rs 100, while other category aspirtants have to pay Rs 150. 
 
The Examination fee should be pais through DD/lPO in favour of Secretary, AP PSC, ltanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
 
Interested candidates should apply in prescribed application form along with Self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets send by registered post/courier to the Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, ltanagar-791111 (AP) on or before 05.09.2018.
