Air India Recruitment 2019: Air India has invited applications from bright and energetic candidates for the post of Data Entry Operators (DEO) and Trainee Controllers on Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis. Interested candidates can submit their application in the prescribed format and appear for walk-in-interview on April 30 and May 2, 2019. According to the notification, walk-in-Interview for Trainee Controller is scheduled on April 30, while Data Entry Operators will have appear on May 2, 2019.

The notification further informs that Air India vacant positions include 54 for Date Entry Operators, and 25 posts of Trainee Controllers.

Notably, eligible candidates for walk-in interview should appear at CMS Department, Air India Limited, GSD Complex, Opps. New ATC Tower Building, Near IGIA Terminal-2, New Delhi-110037 on the scheduled date and time.

Eligibility Criteria

Date Entry Operator: Candidates should have Graduation degree from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 6 months experience as Data Entry Operator related to Crew Rostering, Movement Control in a scheduled Airline Or 12th passed from a recognized Board/ Institution with one year experience as Data Entry Operator related to Crew Rostering, Movement Control in a scheduled Airline.

Trainee Controller: Candidates should be BE/BTech from a recognized University/ Institution in any stream with one year experience in Pilot/Cabin Crew Rostering in a scheduled Airline Or have three years Diploma in Engineering or Graduation from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum three years of experience as pilot.

Age Limit: Candidates belonging to General category should not exceed 42 years, OBC-45 years, and SC/ST-47 years.

Application Fee: Those who are applying for DEO have to pay Rs 500, while candidates for Trainee Controller have to pay Rs 1,000.

Selection procedure: Candidates for DEO and Trainee Controller posts will be selected on the basis of personal interview. On appointment, candidates will be positioned in Delhi/Mumbai, and they may be transferred at any station/Base  on  Air  India  Network  based  on  operational  requirements  at  the  sole  discretion  of  the  Management.
